SandboxViolation Mac Console

Hello
I do belive recently my computer was hacked, I did small research on internet and been advise to keep eye on console window!
What I found is every time I turn on 1password I have SandboxViolation on 1password.
I'm attaching screenshot of console window, hope someone can have a look and help me solve the error message

This isn't an issue with 1Password itself. You have Ink turned on in System Preferences.
