Needing some help transferring my license over to a new laptop. Last computer crashed.

I have a license for my old lap top that crashed. I was not able to do the USB vault transfer. I can't seem to figure out how to get the license transfered over to the new laptop. I downloaded the latest version of 1password but need some ha lc

    Hey @sethtanner, thanks for writing in! Without some basic information, it will be difficult for us to point you in the right direction. Could you tell me if you're trying to set up a Mac or a PC? Also, were you syncing this vault on your old laptop? Do you recall your sync method or are you able to access your data on other devices? Any additional detail you can provide about your 1Password ecosystem will be helpful. :chuffed:
