Firefox extension doesn't work anymore

I have Firefox 55.0.3 (32-bit) installed on my laptop. Since a few weeks, the 1 Password extension doesn't work anymore. The icon is still visible in the browser. However, it is "grey" and it doesn't react when I try to click it.
I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the extension.
Do you have an idea for a possible solution?

    Hi there @gschielke,

I've moved your thread to a main Windows forum, since you are using a stable version of 1Password 4 for Windows. I hope you don't mind. :)

As for your question. we have recently released an update for 1Password extension. Please try to do the following and enable Native Messaging:

    1) Update to the latest version of 1Password 4, Firefox, and the extension, which all support Native Messaging:
    2) Close Firefox.
    3) Go to 1Password 4 > Help > Advanced and make sure that you have Native Messaging enabled there.
    4) Go to 1Password 4 > Help > Restart 1Password Helper.
    5) Launch Firefox and authorise the browser.

Let me know if it works for you after that. Thanks! :+1:

    Cheers,
    Greg
