Having trouble unfreezing my account

I'm trying to log into my account to unfreeze it, and I'm putting in the email address and account key in the Accounts window of 1Password preferences, along with the same master password I've been using to log into 1Password on my computer. I've checked over and over that these are correct, yet 1Password is telling me that the info is incorrect.
