I had a hint for my master password but it is not showing up now. I may have changed the password since then and I just don't remember. Is there a way to have this hint sent to me? With the hint I know I will remember the password even if it is old.

    Since it doesn't look like I will be able to get this resolved, can anyone tell me how to stop the monthly subscription fee since I can't get into my account?
