I signed up for a new account using my credit card

I signed up for a new account using my credit card, but i couldn't find the secret key to sign in. I then deleted the app on my iphone, turned it off, then back on and added the app again. After that, I signed up again, but it didn't ask for my card information. I was able to sign up correctly this time and have printed off the emergency kit. I just want to make sure I am not signed up twice and going to be billed twice.
