Setup an Account using my android phone and then the phone crashed before I could do much else,

I had created an account when I downloaded the android app. I got busy with work and did not come back to it til today. Unfortunately, my phone crashed two days ago, and today I am trying to get into the app. It is asking me for a Master Password, which of course I can't remember, and some kinda Secret thing which I don't have access to.

Is there a way to reset this process and start completely over?
