    My password1 on desk top is not accepting my master password but online service does? what should I do. something weird happened?

    @miler,

    Do you happen to have a Primary vault on your local machine? if so then that could explain why you're seeing this. It means that you have local vaults turned on and the password on your Primary vault isn't the same as what you have assigned to your 1Password.com account.
