1Password Icon Disappeared from iPhone [resolved by restarting iPhone]

The 1Password icon has disappeared on my iPhone. When I try to download the app, the keylock comes up and I can log in to my account. But I can't figure out how to put the icon back on the phone.

1Password Version: 6.8
Extension Version: 4.6.11.91
OS Version: 10.12.6
Sync Type: dropbox

    Hey there @wagross :)
    Well that is certainly strange. You say when you try to redownload the app from the App Store it simply opens the app? Have you tried rebooting your phone and seeing if that fixes it?
