I set up my wife's computer to share a vault. This is fine on the 1password web site. When I go to her MacBook Air to sign in, I cannot sign in. I am using her email, her secret ket and her password.
Setting up her phone was no problem.
I am open to suggestions.

    Hi @johnknight! I'd be happy to help out with that. Could you try signing in to her account on 1Password.com? You can open https://start.1password.com/signin and enter your family's sign-in address, then use her email, Secret Key, and Master Password to sign in there. If that goes well, get the Setup Code and use that to sign in to the 1Password app on her MacBook Air :) Let me know how that goes!
