[Solved] iCloud Sync issues
For the last few days, every time I'd open 1Password, it would ask me for my iCloud password. I also noticed that the sync hadn't be successful for a few days ... Turns out that there multiple '1Password Mini' processes running. For whatever reason this was causing all syncs to fail. After killing all mini processes, sync resumed, and iCloud password requests went away.
NOTE: There should be a huge warning in the UI if sync is failing. The fact that I was 9 days behind without any warning is troubling.

It sounds like you might have multiple copies of 1Password installed. Definitely check for that, as it can cause other problems as well. We used to have more warnings about sync, but many people found these troublesome, so 1Password notifies once for a failure with Dropbox. iCloud, however, is very different, and we depend on iCloud itself to handle things. Hopefully we'll have more tools at our disposal in the future though. Thanks for the feedback!
