License not registering for 1P6

Help! Our office purchased a license for 1P6 that several others around the office have used to activate their version of 1P6. I recently installed the version of 1P that is found online and waited for the 30 day trial to expire. Now even though I have the license on my computer and have double-clicked it and dug around on the forums I have not found a solution.

Please help!
