Can't get to TouchID pad?

How do I get the keyboard to go away so I can get to my touchid? I thought I'd try my password, but am not remembering it correctly. Before I always used my touchid. Now I can't get the keyboard to go away on my iPhone to get to the touchid pad. I've tried restarting the app, turning my phone off and on... help please! Thank you!

    Hi @cthoms,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. You’ll need to remember your Master Password in order to activate Touch ID. Once you’ve unlocked 1Password using your Master Password you should be back to Touch ID to unlock as per usual.

    When your device restarts (such as during an iOS update) the information necessary for Touch ID may be cleared from the iOS keychain. The only way to get it back in there is to enter the correct Master Password.
