Switch from individual account managed through Apple subscription to Family account?

I've been subscribed to the individual plan ($4/month) through Apple subscription but I'd like to subscribe via 1Password's site instead and also move to a Family account (will be getting married soon :blush: ). I have quite a few accounts that my fiance and I share, so I just thought it'd make sense. She uses the free 1Password version on her iPhone but she could really benefit from having access to all her stuff no matter what device she uses.

But what an easy to follow process to go about doing all o fthis?
