Items in Favorites always show "Fill" instead of "Go"

Hi,
items that I have in the favorites section always show the "Fill" button, instead of the "Go" button, no matter which site I'm on. When you click the "Fill" button, nothing happens of course.
I'm using Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) on RHEL 7.3
