Change password on iOS

I am new to iPassword and I am having difficulty using iPassword to change my existing password in a website to a more secure version. Specifically sites where they don’t let me enter my current password to make the change. They only let me use the lost password option and they then generate a new password for me which I have to use to enter a new password. Help please?

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry you're having some trouble.

    If you are just resetting your password like that (as opposed to changing it), you can skip ahead to "Step 2. Create your new password" here:

    Change your passwords and make them stronger

    If you're still having trouble, can you let me know which of the 4 steps in that section you're stuck on?
