Autofill not working on certain site, neither is problem reporting

Using Chrome on 10.11.6 I can't autofill an identity on this site - https://www.cameraking.co.uk/checkout.php

I tried to use the Report Website issue but that didn't work either. I can send a screen grab of the Synapse collected data if need be - when I submitted it said that something had gone wrong - had a few goes at that as well.

I am up to date with 1Password and I re-installed the Chrome extension and rebooted my Mac but still no joy.

    Hi @DigiDoug - thanks for reporting this. I'm not certain what's causing it yet, but I've filed it as an issue with our developers.
