Hello, I have a subscription with your service, and one of my iMacs will use Snow Leopard since it's Early 2008. I would like to know if I will have any trouble using my subscription or any syncing issue. Thank you.

    Hi there @lealaw :)
    I could very well be wrong and an AgileBits team member will correct me if I am, but I don't believe you can use a 1Password subscription account on a Mac running Snow Leopard. The version of 1Password required in order to use 1Password subscription accounts is not compatible with such an old version of MacOS.

    Sorry if that's not the answer you were looking for. :(

    I have a 2008 aluminum MacBook running El Capitan just fine. You might want to upgrade.

    Thank you for the advice. To upgrade is not an option.

    @Corey_C,

    That's correct, the oldest operating system that supports 1Password.com accounts is 10.10 by way of 1Password 6.6. I'm not even sure if any of the 10.6-compatible browsers would be able to sign into the account at this point.
