Free trial for teams needs secret key to activate, which I never received.

I signed up for the teams trial, and in order to login it asks for a security key. I never received on and can't login without it.

    Each user is given a Secret Key upon signing up. The places you can find your Secret Key are outlined here.

    I can't sign in to see my secret key, because it asks for a secret key to log in.

    Started over and still the same thing. No secret key.

    @mryan Did you see a prompt to save the Emergency Kit? There are a few places where you would see the Secret Key and Emergency Kit mentioned during the signup. I attached the screenshots.
