iPad says it's syncing from Dropbox, but items not appearing

Title pretty much says it all. I added a new item on my Mac, synced, and synced on my iPad; but the item does not appear on the iPad.

I looked around in Settings, and under "1Password Accounts" the only options are "Add Existing Account" and "Start your free trial." However, under "Pro Features," it indicates I have purchased.

OS Version: iOS 11.0.3
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Thanks @Ben - just updating Dropbox on my Mac did the trick. I would have thought it would auto-update, but I guess not.
