missing hmtl for backup

so the wife switched phones yesterday and i so i synced her 1password. i didn't pay close attention though and now that i'm trying to restore her account i see that the .html required to select the vault is missing. the directory does appear to have data in it... i just can't select it. i tried putting my .html file in there but when i select it i get an error. any way at this point to recover?

    Hey @brewpat. Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, no HTML files are required for syncing. What you need is a folder called 1Password.agilekeychain or 1Password.opvault, or a 1Password account which syncs automatically. Do you have one of those folders? If so, choose that to sync, as that is the 1Password vault.

    If you're choosing the 1Password.agilekeychain or 1Password.opvault and having trouble, can you let me know what error you're seeing?
