I’ve sent multiple invites to Mom for family plan, but she’s not getting any. Ideas?

I deleted my mother’s account from family the family so I could add it new. She had two vaults with different passwords. Now I, trying to add her back in, but she’s not getting any of the invites. Tried two different emails,and I’ve checked her spam folder. Please help.

    @web2day: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! That's definitely a bit odd. Certainly we've heard of cases where people were not able to receive the invite emails, but usually not on multiple accounts. Definitely check that the address is correct, and that the message isn't stuck in the spam folder.
