Kann ich meine Daten aus 1PW in eine andere Anwendung (z.B. MS Excel) exportieren?
Ich möchte meine Daten aus 1Passwort (Login, Banken usw.) in eine MS-Excel-Datei kopieren/exportieren, mit Excel bearbeiten (Strukturen vereinheitlichen) und dann wieder in 1Passwort einlesen. Ich möchte auf einfachem Wege erreichen, dass meine Dateneinträge alle in der gleichen Struktur abgebildet werden. Geht das?

Welcome to the forum, @PWsmily! You can certainly export your data from 1Password to CSV format which is importable for Excel, and you can edit the data there. However, 1Password has its own internal structure, and importing CSV files may require you to re-arrange the field order. Also, depending on what kind of structure you're intending to achieve, it may simply be incompatible with the structure 1Password uses internally, resulting in unpredictable outcomes when re-imported.
If you're planning to try this, before you begin go to Preferences - Backup and click
Backup Nowto make a copy of the current state of your data -- just in case anything goes wrong. Then export your data in CSV format and edit as you wish in Excel. I would recommend when you re-import that (at first) you create a new vault in 1Password for Mac by clicking File - New Vault, and then importing your edited data there. If your data appears the way you want it, and nothing else is wrong, great! Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide support for any further troubleshooting with this process, as we cannot guarantee your edits will be compatible with 1Password's structure. Good luck!0 -
