Changing password for existing logins is failing on a Mac.

I'm attempting to migrate from LastPass, which has been easy to use, but perhaps less secure. I have successfully imported all my data. When changing passwords with 1Password (which seems to be a more manual process in 1Password), either a duplicate account is created with the wrong (old) password, or no update is sent the existing login. I tried 1Password many years ago and now the frustration seems familiar. Any help would be appreciated.

@halftone: Thanks for reaching out, and for checking out 1Password. I’m sorry for the confusion! 1Password cannot know whether you want to create a new login or update an existing one unless you tell it. If you are submitting a form with a different password at a URL matching an existing login, 1Password should display the autosave dialog...but this is where you have to make a choice. If for some reason you are not getting an autosave dialog, please let us know the URL so we can try to improve 1Password.
