Hey @Susan29! I've moved your discussion over to our Mac topic since it seems that's the app giving you trouble and folks here will be better able to help. As a first step, I'd try deleting and re-downloading the installer .pkg as this can sometimes happen if the installer got corrupted. If this doesn't allow you to install, let us know and we'll take a closer look. :chuffed:
