Lost MP and unable to access 1Password.com

Hey guys.

I recently switch to using 1Password.com account from iCloud and started experiencing some issues. I realize that I've been using a different MP (different from 1Password.com). I'm unable to change MP or access 1Password.com. I looked at https://support.1password.com/sign-in-troubleshooting/, https://support.1password.com/forgot-master-password/ and https://support.1password.com/starting-over/ and none of them helped as they all require access to either MP or 1Password.com.

I currently am logged in using 1Password.com account on my iPhone. Is there a way to start over? Get access to 1Password.com, create a new vault and new MP and transfer the information over?

Let me know if you need more information!

P.S. I tried reaching out to support via Twitter and email and no response. Am I doing something wrong? It's somewhat frustrating :|

    @twokul: We've definitely been a bit slow on the e-mail side lately. Tons of e-mail from the new iOS release, among other things. Just an ebb and flow I guess. That said, you totally can start over and keep your data, but this process is best handled over e-mail as instructions can get lengthy and we need to handle a few things on our end. Could you share your Support ID you received in response the e-mail you sent? That'll let me hunt it down and make sure it gets an answer. Thanks! :chuffed:
