Is it possible to search across all of my vault for notes and/or email addresses?
Options
I want to search for every login I have associated with a specific email address (login) or ones that have a specific word in the notes section. Would love this option if possible.

Welcome to the forum, @jimnobu! And apologies for the delay in our response. In the main window of 1Password for Mac, click in the search field. Then, click the magnifying glass icon within that field (at the far left) and choose Show Search Options. I would imagine you'd want something like this, but you can adjust it fairly finely, to suit your taste:
