newly downloaded app from site won't load on my Mac

I read a blog about deleting old 1password apps from the applications and then downloading and running the lastest software.
However now my Mac says the application cannot be downloaded

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.13.2

    And if you select "Install for all users of this computer" from the list?

    All sorted out, needed to reboot again. Thanks

    But now I see on my iPhone app my account is "Frozen", further investigating required

    @Quintin,

    It sounds like your 1Password.com membership trial period has ended, leaving you in a read-only (frozen) state. Did you get a chance to work through the trial period and evaluate whether 1Password will meet your needs?
