We have a One Password license at the office and each of us has his own access to it and therefore his own password.
However, we have a new starter and One password is already set up on her computer but we have no idea what the password is or even if it's our license.
Any idea how we could set her up with a new account and password?
@tsm_100: Thanks for getting in touch! If the person using that machine is gone and the data is no longer needed, you can reset the app and start over. If you've got a volume license, just follow the instructions in the license email to apply it there as well and you'll be all set.
