    Thanks for getting in touch, @johnzeee! As you mentioned, it looks like First South Bank uses multiple pages for their sign in process. To create a Login item that works for this process, follow the steps listed in this guide:

    Sign in to websites with username and password split across multiple pages

    Along with that, I'm afraid I'm not clear on your intentions for the cm.netteller.com URL. Are you needing to create a Login item for this website or are you wanting to add the URL to an existing Login item?
