I have ipassword, accts attached. How do I access accounts w/ipassword remembering password

I go to vault, click on acct and it asks for password. Nothing comes up from ipassword asking me to log in.

    @arme: Thanks for reaching out. In case there's any confusion, this is the AgileBits support forum for 1Password. If you're using "ipassword", we won't be able to help with that. But if you have questions about 1Password, you've come to the right place. :)

    Unfortunately, even in that case, without some basic information you omitted from your post, it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
