Password Audits using 1password.com

I access 1Password through the 1Password web application, as I use it on a number of different systems and have never really liked the Windows application (particularly the one designed for Windows 8).

A feature that seems obvious to me, but appears to be absent from the web application, is the ability to conduct any kind of password audit on your logins. For example a feature or report which highlights weak, old, blacklisted or duplicate passwords without having to manually click through each of them.

Does anything like this exist? Thanks

@stevenafc - the features you're describing are indeed available -- but at present, only in native 1Password apps. The reason for that is because your data are only stored in encrypted form on our servers. In our native 1Password applications (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), you have a local cache of your data, so it's comparatively much easier to scan your data locally and make such assessments (weak, old, duplicate passwords, etc), because it never travels to us nor is under our control.

We can't build such a function server-side because we would need access to your data (which we don't have and don't want), and it's much more difficult to try building such features into a client-side web process in a browser. We're always working to refine and improve 1Password in ways that increase its flexibility, but security is paramount and we don't yet have a secure analogue to the in-app Watchtower and Security Audit functions. You could download the 1Password app for your computer and use Watchtower temporarily to assess the state of your passwords and change any that need it, then return to using the web app, but if you're looking for a completely browser-based solution, that's still in the future.
