We have a Family Account registered to my son. My locally installed copy of 1Password was deleted when I was forced to do a PC Reset. Windows 10 installed. I have checked my wife's license and tried entering that as the "secret key" - software said it was incorrect - double checked it - Help

1Password Version: 4.6.2.626
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: Dropbox

@John_Field: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! It sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but it sounds like you don't have one. You will only have an account if you've signed up for a 1Password.com membership. That’s the only way you’ll have a Secret Key or Sign In URL, or be able to access your data through 1Password.com. Instead, you can use 1Password without an account and sync your data from another device or create a new vault. I can't send you someone else's license details however, and unless the license explicitly states that it is for family use, it is only for the individual who purchased it.

However, you may want to consider a 1Password.com membership, since it gives you access to all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data. And 1Password Families makes it possible to easily share data securely with your loved ones, and recover their accounts if they get locked out. You can try it for free for 30 days to take advantage of all of its benefits.

I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
