HP via Edge: Error Message Unable to sign in Check details/network connection?

I just got this HP after being a Mac user... Feeling Lost. Just started a new account today. The App attached to my windows start menu, opens via Edge and will not allow me to access. Says "Unable to sign in Check details/network connection." I am able to login from the website... what am I missing?

    Thank you for reaching out and using 1Password! I am sorry for the difficulties with it.

    First of all, could tell us if you are using any kind of vpn/proxy on your side? This might be the reason for the error that you see in 1Password app on your Windows PC.

    Also, please specify the version of 1Password app you installed there. Did you follow the steps in this guide and use your Setup Code to fill your credentials?
