Team Member Locked Out

Options

One of our admins on our teams account had his computer go south.

Now he is locked out and cannot find his secret key.

I am and Admin and can still log in. How can we get him back in.

We are in constant confusion about how our personal accounts interact with our team account, our family accounts. My login page seems to use my personal email to log into my teams, but I also see my work email. Total confusion.

All I want is to get this team member back in his account. Shouldn't there be a step by step process of how to get him back in? Maybe there is, but neither of us can find it in a clear sense.

Please advise. It's devastating when we can't get to our passwords.

Please consider a chat system. I get good chat support from products that I pay much less money for.

Thanks.

    Hello Steve Joiner :)

Admins on a 1Password.com Teams account have access to recovery tools that you can use to help a team member regain access to their account. In order to access it, log in to your web interface and go to the Members tab. Find the person you want to recover and click on their name. Then click Manage>Begin Recovery to start the process.

If you want more information about the recovery process, check out our Support article on it at https://support.1password.com/recovery/.

    Cheers,
    Corey
