Tracking down my secure key

Hi Folks,

I am trying to add 1password to a different computer and thus need my secure key to add my account to my Mac. The support center said to go to preferences on the existing Mac I have 1password and then go to "accounts" to find my secure key.

The problem is, my existing account doesn't show up on the Mac that it is currently on. Thus, I'm able to log into my existing 1password app on my current Mac, but unable to log on to the web version or add it to my new Mac/phone without being able to find my secure key.

I wasn't able to find the Emergency Kit either but I do have the Vault file saved to Dropbox.

Any suggestions for getting my secure key back?

Thanks,
Stephen

Nvm you can upload the vault file as a way to get around needing the secure key so I am all set :)

@ssoward: Did you perhaps mean scan the Setup Code? Definitely save a copy of your Emergency Kit, as you may not always have access to the Setup Code somewhere else. Glad to hear you were able to get signed in, and we're here if you have any questions. :)
