Beta Test: Update-Cycle "beta" or "Stable"?

I am testing the new 1PW 7 now on windows. The update setting says "stable" release but I can switch to beta. Which is the right one to get beta updates?

    I believe beta is appropriate as 1PW7 is only being mentioned in the beta channel's release notes.
    An official statement would be great.

    Hi guys,

    Thanks for asking about this.

    Right now because there is no stable version of 1Password 7, any option you pick will continue to get the latest beta updates since it is the latest for all stable and beta channels. Once we get 1Password 7 stable out, if you're on stable, you'd only get stable updates from now on.

    If you wish to continue getting beta updates after the first 1Password 7.0 release, switch to beta right now.
