I've seen a few threads about focus issues when unlocking 1PW with the master password, but that seems to work relatively well for me. It's when 1PW is already unlocked and I open 1PW mini using the Chrome extension that mini doesn't focus and I have to click on it to get it to focus properly. I can't use the arrow keys to select entries or search without first clicking on mini. Chrome appears to maintain focus, as it remains "highlighted" as the active window in the taskbar even when mini shows up (until, of course, I click on mini). If I use Ctrl + Alt + \ or click on the icon in the system tray mini focuses just fine.
Interestingly, if I open the main 1PW window, immediately close it, then invoke mini via the Chrome extension, window focus works properly... for a few minutes. But inevitably the focusing issues come back. I haven't narrowed down what exactly causes the issue to reappear, but it seems to happen when browsing certain sites.
Three sites that seem to trigger the issue are:
Whenever I browse any of those sites for more than a minute or two, the focusing issue reappears. Especially with https://web.parcelapp.net/. Simply visiting that site immediately causes the issue to come back. Though for some reason it seems to work fine in incognito mode (I have 1PW enabled in incognito). Maybe an extension I use is doesn't agree with 1PW? I'll continue to test it out.
