Insert file into 1Password

How can I insert a file in a logon or secure note? I used to be able to do it but now can't find where to drag the file. I use both a PC and a Mac (current OS release).

    @wi3 - Can I ask whether you have a 1password.com membership/account or a standalone setup? If you're using the latter, you'll be using an attachment to add files; if the former, you'll use the Documents feature.
