I purchased a single license in June 2016 for US$ 65, and have used it since simultaneously on 3 platforms: a windows home computer, a windows laptop and an iPad mini. My laptop crashed last weekend and I had to reset it completely. When trying to download and install the window App again, the opening screen asks me for a secret key, but I'm afraid this was never provided.
Your customer support pages explain the following about a secret key:

You have a Secret Key if you have a 1Password membership, or if you belong to a family or team account.
If you purchased 1Password as a standalone app without a membership, then you don’t have a Secret Key, and you don’t need to sign in when you open the app. To register the Mac or Windows app, look up your license."
This is confusing. Your email of 4 June 2016 says "welcome to the AgileBits family!" , however, a secret key is not provided. So perhaps I purchased 1Password as a standalone app without a membership, but still I need a secret key when I try to install the app now.
Please clarify what I should do now or provide me with a secret key.
