1P clicks Login before I fill in Captcha

On the California Franchise Tax Board website https://webapp.ftb.ca.gov/MyFTBAccess/iUserName.aspx, 1Password clicks Login before I can fill in the Captcha field, so I then have to fill in the password manually, fill in the Captcha and click Submit.

I don't log in there every day, but it's still annoying. (It also occurs with one or two other sites I can't remember offhand.)

Any fix for this?

    @DavidB - no "fix," but there is a setting for it: in the main 1Password window, select the item for the CA Franchise Tax board, then click Edit. Scroll down and look for the Submit settings, change it to Never Submit. This will fill the form, but allow you to manually complete the Captcha. You'll then need to manually press Submit or Enter or Login (or whatever).
