This dialog didn't appear to be linked to anything and we didn't expect it to pop up. Concerned it is malware that has somehow been triggered by the 1Password App. Only happened on Mac's where the 1Password App was used, not browser based/.

    @JohnC2F - nope! Not malware. That's because you've enabled Duo authentication capability on your 1Password Teams account in Settings (on the web app). We soft-launched 1Password Business today, and people will be getting Duo authentication messages when they use the apps now, as well.

    We are seeing this at our company as well.

    Note, that we do have Duo but it is not set up with 1password so this is really troubling. The dialog that pops up has no mention of 1password on it but it does appear to be popping up when we interact with 1password.

    Thank you @jfischi - The picture in the Duo dialog was troubling. Not sure where that came from. It is a screenshot picture of our app. Any idea how that gets in there?

    @johnc2f,

    I would check with your team admin on that one. The most likely reason is that they supplied that picture when they setup the Duo configuration.
