As of late, 1Password mini tries to "phone home" to agilebits upon every boot without justification

I'm using the latest version of 1Password for Mac (6.8.8). I sync via iCloud, which means I don't use 1Passwords accounts; I also don't use rich icons nor the Watchtower; yet Little Snitch keeps notifying me of 1Password mini trying to establish a connection to op6.agilebits.com on TCP port 433 every time it boots. Why? It didn't do this in the past; nor does it need it to "phone home" to agilebits, since, as I've pointed out above, I don't use any of the functionalities that would requite it to establish a connection to agilebits. Why is it doing this? And what is purpose of op6.agilebits.com?

1Password Version: 6.8.8
Extension Version: 4.7.0
OS Version: 10.13.3
Sync Type: iCloud

@rekkss: It's checking for updated information, for things like update notices or security bulletins. It's not something we've used yet, but we likely will in the future. You're free to block it if you wish though, and either way it won't impact your use of 1Password. Cheers! :)
