Blank popup in Firefox

Hello.

In Firefox (latest stable and beta) after half hour of usage, I get empty popup while pressing hotkey or click to 1Password icon. Restart browser doesn't fix this issue. Reinstall does, but sometimes extension fails again.

Small video (first I open chrome by mistake):

  • @kemko: Thanks for passing this along! Could you grab a debug log for us when this happens?

    1. In Firefox, click the menu > Add-ons
    2. Click the Gear icon > Debug Add-ons
    3. Click Debug under “1Password X (beta)”

Send what Firefox spits out over to support+x@1password.com and we'll take a peek. If you can include a link to this forum post to help us know where the report came from, that would be awesome. Thanks! :chuffed:

I sent logs the day before yesterday. Did you get them?

Same problem running Firefox 60.b9 and 1PWX(beta). I think the logs were sent, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the logs folks! We've had a few people write in with a similar issue, and we are working on finding the cause.

When you get a chance, could you try creating an entirely new Firefox profile, installing the 1Password X Firefox beta, and signing into your 1Password.com account?

I'd be delighted to know if that makes any difference for you! 🤞

    Thanks,
    &drew
