1Password 4 failed to update, now cannot reinstall

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I am running Windows 7 and was using 1Password 4 without issue for years. I then was repeatedly unable to update 1Password. I read on the forum to attempt to uninstall and reinstall 1Password. I uninstalled it successfully, but cannot locate a 1Password 4 installation file in order to reinstall. As a 4 user, I do not have a secret key, so cannot get very far on the Support page. Thanks for your help!
