2Factor Authentication
Hello, I have just enabled for my 1Password cloud account the 2Factor authentication. What happens in case I loose the authenticator app with the code generator? Can you help me with that? Or is it like loosing the secret key - no chance?

If you are part of a 1Password Families membership another organizer on the account can assist you in recovering your account:
Recover accounts for family or team members
Individual accounts and 1Password Families accounts with only one organizer (where it is the organizer that has lost their credentials) cannot be recovered.

So the 1Time password is same like the secret key - if you loose it you lost your data? (if you are not part of Family or Team)
