how can I delete an old account with associated an email I would like to use for a new account. I no longer have access to the old account

    Welcome to the forum, @ManuelF! If you have a 1password.com account for which you've forgotten the Master Password or lost the Secret Key and are therefore unable to access it, and you've tried our steps for recovering/remembering your Master Password or finding your Secret Key so you're sure you need to begin again, please write in to support+forum@agilebits.com and let the email support team know your situation. They'll be able to help you be able to use your email address to sign up for a new account.
