Redeeming Code from 1Password Business says "Invalid Code"

Hello,
our Tenant was just switched to 1Password Business. Now I tried to connect my existing 1Password for Families with the code generated in the business account, but the form says "This gift card code is invalid."

After generating the code and trying to redeem were several hours.

    But are you perhaps trying to reuse a code that has already been redeemed? Or maybe you have a different type of account or billing setup already. Make sure you follow the steps here exactly:

    Link a family account to your business account

    And rich out via email if you're still having trouble so we can dig deeper. :)
