Suggestion: Place configuration in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME

The CLI tool currently stores its configuration in ~/.op/config.

All the cool kids these days are storing their configurations under $XDG_CONFIG_HOME (generally ~/.config/), making users' home directories cleaner and partial backups easier.

A minor quality of life thing, but it'd make me happy. :)
