New install presents with locked vault

We're using 1Password for Teams but one user was previously using 1Password 6 locally. After removing everything from their computer, including all Registry keys, when we install a new copy of 1Password, right from inside the Teams site, it presents with a locked 1Password app. No password opens this.

    Please try to follow the steps in this guide to start over with 1Password 6 on that PC. You should be able to sign in to their team account after that.
